Alachua County   } This Indenture made and Executed
                 this 22nd day of November 1871 Eighteen
Hundred and Seventy one between James M. Pickett and
Loniza Picket his wife of the County and State
Above written of the first part and Noah Townsend
of the Same County and State of the Second part
Witnesseth that the Said James M. Pickett and
Loniza Pickett his wife for one hundred and fifty dol=
lars to them in hand paid by the Said Noah Townsend
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained Sold and convey & Delivered and
by these presents, do bargain sell deliver and convey
unto the said Noah Townsend his heirs and
assigns all that parcel of land It being one
fourth of all the Land known as the land
Belonging to the Estate of Mary Gillett Deced It
being 208 acres in the Tract 52 acres being one in=
trest or the Share of one heir this Land Lying and
being in the County of Alachua State of Florida
to have and to hold the one fourth of the Said
before described premises together with all the
rights and appertenances thereunto belonging
              Noah 
to him the Said^Townsend his heirs and assigns
forever and the Said James M. Picket and
Loniza Picket his wife for themselves their heirs
Executors Administrators and assigns will forever
warrant and defend the right and title thereun=
to against all persons whatsoever in testimony
whereof the Said James M. Pickett and Loniza
Pickett have this day Signed Sealed and Delivered
in presence of us
