This Indenture made this the tenth day of April in the year
of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Seventy two,
between Mary L. Earle and Elias Earle her husband of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, parties of the
first part, and Duncan J. McRae and G.W.A. McRae, of
the Same County and State aforesaid, parties of the Second
part. Witnesseth that the Said parties of the first part for
and in Consideration of the Sum of one dollar thousand
Dollars lawful money of the United States of America
to the Said Mary L. Earle grantor of the first part in
hand paid, by the Said parties of the Second part at
and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have this
day granted bargained, Sold and Conveyed, and do
by these presents, grant bargain, Sell and convey
unto the Said parties of the Second part their heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns in fee Simple
forever all that certain tract or parcel of land lying being
and Situate in Said County of Alachua and State
of Florida, and more particularly described and known
as follows, to wit, the Lots of land numbered one and two
in Block ten (10) in the Town of Waldo, Alachua
County Florida, fronting together Sixty acres Six (66)
feet on Sparkman Street, Seventy five feet (75)
on Earle Street and Sixty Six (66) feet on Kennard
Street property of the Said grantor Mary L. Earle;
together with all the right title Claim or interest
of the Said Parties of the first Part or either of them,
