sealing and deliver of these presents was lawful
sized in his own right of a good absolute and 
indefeasible estate inheritance in fee simple, of and
in all and singular the above granted and discribed
premises with the appertenances and has good right full
power and lawful authority to grant bargin sell and
convey the same in maner aforesaid, and that the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
shall may at all times hereafter peasefuly and quietly
have hold use ocupy posses and injoy the above granted
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances without any let suit troble molestation
eviction or disturbances of the said parties of the first
there heirs or assigns or of any other person or persons
lawfuly claiming or to claim the same and that the
same now are free clear discharged and unencumbered
of and from all former and other grants titles charges
estates judments Taxes assessments and incumberances
of what nature or kind soever and also that said
parties of the first part and there heirs and all
and ever person or persons whomsoever lawfuly equitable
deriving in estate right title or interest of in or to
the herein before granted premices by from under or
in trust from them or eather of them shall and will
at any time or times hereafter upon the reasonable
request and at the proper cost, and charges in the
law of the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns make do and execute or cause to be made, done
and executed all and every such further lawfully and
reasonable acts and conveyances and insurances in the
law for the better and more affectuly vesting and
confirming the premises hereby granted or so intended
to be in and to the said party of the second part his
heirs assigns forever as by the said party of the second
part, his heirs or assigns his or there counsel learned in
the law shall be reasonably advised or required and the said
Andrew Ormand his heirs the above disscribed and hereby
granted and released premices and every part and parsel
thereof with the appurtenances unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns against the said
parties of the first part, and there heirs and against all and
every person and persons whomsoever lawfuly claiming or 
to claim the same shall and will warrant and by these
presents forever defend. In witness whereof the said
parties of the first part have here unto set their hands
