to the Store House built on Said Land, with all
the right members buildings and appurtenances
whatsoever, to Said lots of land in any way
appertaining or belonging. To Have and to Hold
the Said above described Lots of land, and Store
House and the rights and appurtenances afore=
Said, to the Said parties of the Second part, their
heirs Executors administrators and assigns, in
fee Simple forever. And the Said parties of
the first part do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the Said parties of the Second
part that at the time of the execution hereof
and are now upon delivery of this deed of
conveyance to them the Said party grantor
Mary L. Earle is the lawful owner of the premises
above granted and Seized of the same, in fee
Simple, and that the parties of the first part
                      the 
will warrant and defend^Same in the quiet
and peaceable possession of the Said parties
of the Second part their heirs Executors admin=
istrators and assigns forever. In Testimony whereof
we have hereunto affixed our hands and seals this the
