                  Know all men by these presents that I John
W. Cannon of the above State and County of Alachua for and in
consideration of the Sum of Four Hundred and fifty Dollars cash
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained
and Sold and by these presents do grant bargain Sell and Convey
unto I Ida E. Burnett of the Same State and County, her heirs
Executors administrators and assigns, all that Certain piece or
Parcel of Land or Town lot Situated in the Town of Gainesville
Alachua County and State of Florida, Known as Block nine
(9) as Surveyed by P. Henry Young containing two hundred feet
Square more or less.
  To have and to hold the above described piece or parcel of Land
with the tenements and appurtenances thereunto attached un=
to the Said Ida E. Burnett her heirs Executors administrators and
assigns forever and I hereby warrant and defend the Said premises
unto the Said Ida E. Burnett against all lawful claims here=
after made and Established to the Same.
   In Witness whereof I hereunto Set my hand and seal this
the 23rd day of Aug AD 1872    }
