District of Columbia } Know all men by these Presents
                     } that we Mary E. Davidson and
James B. Davidson her husband both of the City of Wash=
ington and District of Columbia for and in considera=
tion of the Sum of Three hundred Dollars to me the Said
Mary E. Davidson in hand paid by Mary A. McMillan
the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledged have granted,
bargained, Sold and conveyed; and by these presents doth grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto Mary A. McMillan of the Town
of Gainesville County of Alachua and State of Florida, all
that Certain lot, piece or parcel of land, lying, being and
Situated in the Town of Gainesville, County of Alachua, And State
of Florida and particularly described as containing a front
of twenty five feet (25) by depth of Sixty (60) feet, Known
and distinguish on the maps of said Town as the eastern
portion of the South half of Lot No one (1) Block
three (3), Range four (4), together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereun=
to belonging, or in anywise appurtaining. To have and to
Hold the Same to her the Said Mary A. McMillan her heirs, 
Executors, administrators and Assigns in fee Simple absolute=
ly and forever. In Witness Whereof we have hereunto Set our
                   hands and affixed our Seals at the City of
                   Washington in the District of Columbia

Columbia and for the City of Washington and District
of Columbia Personally appeared Mary E. Davidson
and James B. Davidson her husband to me Sufficiently
proved to be the persons described in and who executed

the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, and^being by me first
duly and Severely Sworn, Says Each of them, for himself
and herself that they executed the foregoing deed to
Mary A. McMillan for the uses and purposes therein con=
tained and expressed.                   }
