of Columbia and for the City of Washington in the District
of Columbia Personally appeared Mary E. Davidson to my
Satisfaction Sufficiently proved to be the persons discribed
in, and who executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance, who
being by me first duly questioned and examined, Separate
and apart from her Said husband, acknowledges that She
executed the foregoing deed of conveyance, freely, and volun=
tarily, and without any fear or compulsion of her Said
husband. }

bia on this day Mary E. Davidson and James B. Davidson
to me Sufficiently proven to be the persons described in
and who executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance, did
make the foregoing acknowledgments before me, that the
place aforesaid at which said acknowledgments were
made is written the Jurisdiction of the Court over which
I am now the Judge presiding: is a Court of Record having
a Seal and a Clerk or prothonotary.
