                   Know all men by these presents that I Wm
                                             give 
R. Mills of the State and County aforesaid doth^unto my
Sister Mrs Delphia A. Hart and grant unto her imme=
diate possession, the following property, to wit one red roan
mare about five years old, named Julia one black roan
horse colt two years old and Six head of Cattle, being
the cow bought by me in 1866 from Capt J.J. Dickerson
together with her increase.
This being without pecuniary consideration a free gift
from me to my Sister and her heirs forever.

Mills for the purposes therein Set forth.
