Know all men by these presents that we
Sarah C. Wynn and S.G. Wynn her husband both
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida for and
in consideration of the sum of Five hundred ($500.00)
Dollars to me the said Sarah C. Wynn in hand
paid the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto Joseph Little of said County and State the
following described piece parcel or tract of land
lying being and situated in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida in the western suburbs of the
Town of Gainesville the same being that portion
of Section Five adjoining and lying broadside
of the lot or piece of land in the suburbs of said
Town now owned by George Broom and land now
owned by Michael OHara the same being en-
closed with a fence and now commonly Known as
the Thomas Blake place commencing at a stake
Twenty three and a half (23 1/2) Chains East from the half
mile stake on the western boundary line of section five
(5) thence east Four hundred and twenty feet, thence
west south Four hundred and twenty feet thence west
Four hundred and twenty feet, thence North Four hun-
dred and twenty feet to the place of beginning.
To have and To Hold the said described premises together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise ap-
pertaining to him the said Joseph Little his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee simple
forever
In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals this 7th day of October AD 1872

the foregoing deed of conveyance to her separate
property in said deed described and who being by
me first duly sworn questioned and examined sep-
arate and apart from her said husband acknow-
ledges that she executed said foregoing deed of
Conveyance freely and Voluntarily and without any
Compulsion Constraint Apprehension or fear of
