and pursuant to the statute in such case made and
provided, duly advertise said property for sale on Monday the
first day of March AD 1869 being the day of the date of
these presents, and did on this day sell the same at public
auction according to law to the said Elizabeth J. Wimberly
of the Sate and Cunty aforesaid for the sum of six Hun
dred and seventy six dollars being the highest bidder for the
same, now therefor know ye that I the said George L. Barnes
as said sheriff as aforesaid, by virtue of the said writs as
aforesaid, by virtue of the said writs in such cases made &
provided, and in consideration of the said sum of six
hundred and seventy-six dollars to me paid by the party
of the second part, have granted, sold and by these pres=
ents do grant bargain & sell unto the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns forever, all the follow
ing property to wit; The south East quarter of the North
west quarter and the North East quarter of the North west
quarter and the south west quarter of the North west quar
ter, and the south west quarter of the North East quarter 
and the north half of Lot 2- and the North west quarter of
the norther west quarter of section Twenty one (21) and Lot No one
(1) of Section Twenty (20) all in Township seven (7) south, Range
Eighteen (18) east containing Two hundred ninety one 11/100 acres more
or less, together with all the rights, title, and interests which the said
Atkinson Pooser had in the said property jointly and severally and 
the same to hold as fully as I the said sheriff as aforesaid
under said writs might, could or ought to sell and convey
the same.
