This Indenture made this twenty first day of October the year
of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Sixty nine
between Washington Morrison and Penny Morrison his wife,
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida, Parties of
the first part, and Calvin Waits of the County and State
party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said parties
of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of 
three hundred dollars current money of the United States of America
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge, have granted bar-
-gained, Sold, and by these presents, do grant bargain sell and
