                       N. Bailey, Cosmo O. Bailey, Charles F. Bailey, Mary E. Bailey and
                       Cosmo O. Bailey as prochien ami appointed under a decree 
                       of the Hon Judge of the Circuit Court of Florida Sitting in 
                       Chancery dated May the twenty Six AD 1868 for Henry J. Bailey
                       Alexander C. Bailey Orville B. Bailey and Margaret R. Bailey 
                       for and in Consideration of the Sum of One hundred dollars 
                       to us in hand paid by Sarah C. Winn of Alachua County and 
                       State of Florida, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged 
                       have bargained, Sold, released, transferred and Conveyed 
                       and by these presents do bargain, Sell, release, transfer and
                       Convey unto the said Sarah C. Winn her heirs or assigns 
                       forever all of our and each of our rights, property, interest 
                       and title of in and to a Certain piece or parcel of land Situate 
                       lying and being in the County of Alachua & State of Florida, and 
                       Known and distinguished as follows to wit Commencing at
                       the South East Corner of Section Thirty two (32) Range twenty (20)
