This Indenture made this twenty first day of October in
the year one thousand Eight hundred and sixty nine
between Elizabeth J. Wimberly of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida of the first part and William May of the same place
of the second part
            Witnesseth that the said Elizabeth J. Wim=
berly for and in consideration of the sum of
seven hundred and seventy five dollars lawful money of the Uni
ted States to her in hand paid by the said William May the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted, bar
gained, and sold and by these presents doth grant bargain
sell, convey and confirm unto the said William May, his executors
administrators and assigns, forever all and singular that cer=
tain piece or parcel of land situated in the Town of New=
nansville in the County of Alachua and State of Florida, and
known and described on the plan or plat of survey of said
Town as the North half of Lots one, and two of Block four
in Range three that is to say Commencing at the North
West corner of said Block in said range and run East
two hundred and ten feet, then run south one hun=
dred and five feet, thence West two hundred and ten feet
thence north one hundred and five feet to the place of 
beginning, together with all and singular the tenements heredi
taments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, and the rever=
sions, remainders, rents issues, and profits thereof and the
Estate, title and interest of the said Elizabeth J. Wimberly
to the premises or any part thereof.
  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
this the twenty first day of October one thousand Eight hundred
and sixty nine -
