This Indenture made the Nineteenth day of September in the year
One Thousand Eight hundred and sixty nine Between James H. Warden of the
City of New York party of the first part and Mary G. Quinby wife of
George A. Quinby of Summit in the State of New Jersey party of the second
part, Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of One Dollar lawful money of the United State of America
to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part, at or before the ensealing
and delivering of these presents, The receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and
by these presents doth grant, bargin, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and
confirm, unto the said party of the second part, and to her heirs and assigns forever.
All that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the State of
Florida County of Alachua in the Arredondo Grant and known in the plan
of survey of said Grant made by Mess Burr & Washington containing one
Thousand acres and Bounded on the North by a tract of land designated on
said plat as land of Thos Napier on the East by section (20) twenty,
Township (10) Ten, Range (20) Twenty, on the south by a tract of land
designated on said plat as land owned by John M. McIntosh, on the
West by fractional section twenty four (24), Township (10), Range (19)
nineteen, of lands belonging to the Estate of Maxey Dell (decd) -
And also all the right title and interest of the party of the first
part, in and to the Cattle Stock produce provisions stores tools
and utensils of every kind now in or upon said premises or
pertaining thereto - Together with all the privileges and appurtenances
Thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining. Together with
all and singular the Tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof. And also
all the estate, right, title, interest, property
possession claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in equity, of
the said party of the first part of in or to the above described premises
and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances. To have and
to hold all and singular the above mentioned and described premises
together with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second |
