M. Warden for himself his heirs Executors and administrators
doth hereby covenant promise and agree to and with the said
party of the Second part her heirs and assigns that he hath
not made done committed executed or suffered any acts or acts
thing or things whatsoever, whereby or by means whereof The
above mentioned and described premises, or any part or parcel
thereof, now are or at any time hereafter, shall or may be
impeached, charged or incumbered in any manner or
way whatsoever.

Be it remembered That on the Thirtieth day of September in the
year one Thousand Eight hundred and ninety nine before me the
undersigned Edwin F. Corey, a Commissioner resident in the City
of New York duly commissioned and qualified by the executive authority
and under the laws of the State of Florida to take the acknowledgment 
of deeds &c to be used or recorded therein, personally appeared
James M. Warden to me known to be the person who executed
the annexed instrument by him sealed and subscribed and ack-
nowledged the execution thereof to be his free act and deed for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned.
