       Know all men by these Presents That I
William R. McIntosh of the County of Alachua
State of Florida, Administrator of the goods and
estate of Oliver Bryant deceased late of said County
and State, by virtue of and order issued by Probate Court
of said County was licensed and empowered to sell and
convey the real estate of said Oliver Bryant as hereinafter
described and I said Administrator having given bond and
taken oath and given Public Notice as by Law in such
cases required did in pursuance of the license and Notice aforesaid
sell at Public Auction the real estate of the said Olive Bryant
hereinafter described to John Stokes of the County and State
aforesaid, he being highest bidder therefore, Now therefore
I the said Administrator Wm R. McIntosh by
virtue of the power and authority in me vested as aforesaid
and in consideration of the sum of One hundred and nine
dollars to me in hand paid by the said John Stokes do
hereby grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
John Stokes his heirs and assigns the following Tract of
land, Eighty nine acres in section Eight, Township seven
and Range Eighteen and one hundred and twenty acres
in Section Sixteen Township Seven and Range Eighteen
to have and hold the above granted premises to the said
John Stokes his heirs and assigns, to his and their uses
forever. And I the said William R. McIntosh for myself
my heirs and administrators do hereby covenant and agree
with the said John Stokes his heirs and assigns forever that
in pursuance of the License aforesaid I took the oath
and gave the Bond of Law required and gave Public
Notice of the sale as above set forth, In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal,
