This Indenture made the 25th day of October AD 1869, between
Robt L. Cathcart & Rachael Cathcart, his wife of the County
of Alachua & State of Florida of the first part & Martha
A. Love wife of James Love of the & State aforesaid of the
second part, Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part
for & in consideration of the sum of one thousand Dollars
to them in hand paid by the party of the second part, hath
bargained & sold, and by these presents doth bargain sell
& convey unto the said second party her heirs and assigns
forever all that tract & parcel of Land Lying & being situated
in the County & State aforesaid, & described as follows, viz, the
S1/2 of the SE1/4 & the SE1/4 of the SW1/4 and the NE1/4
of the SW1/4, & the NW1/4 of the SE1/4 and the SE1/4 of
the NE1/4, & the NE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section Twenty (20)
Township (8) S of R (18) E and the SE1/4 of the NW1/4
& the NE1/4 of the SW1/4 and the SW1/4 of NW1/4 & NW1/4
of SW1/4, Section Twenty one (21) T(8)S of R(18)E containing
in all four hundred and thirty four 17/100 acres, together with
all & singular the hereditaments & appurtenances thereunto be=
longing or in anywise appertaining, & the rents, issues & proffits
thereof, & also all the Estates rights title, interest dower & right
of dower, or demand whatever of them, the said parties of the
first part of, in, or to the above bargained premises and every
part and parcel thereof, to have and to hold all & singular the
above described premises unto the party of the second part her
heirs & assigns forever. The said described Premises to be free
from the control, Liabilities or interference of any husband
that the said second party has or may have hereafter have
and the said parties of the first part will warrant & defend the
above Garanted Premises in the Quiet and Peaceable possession
of the said party of the second part her heirs & assigns forever
