Now, Know all men by these presents, that I, J.C.
Gardener Executor as aforesaid for and in consideration of one-
hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Michael O'Hara
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give,
grant, bargain and sell unto Michael O'Hara, his heirs
executors and administrators all that certain parcel or penal
of land, known as one and a half long the eatern eastern
portion of the following lands: beginning at the south-east
corner of Gainesville, and running east two hundred and twenty
yards to a stake, thence north one hundred yards to a stake
thence, west, two hundred and twenty yards ~more or less~
to the eastern boundary of said town of Gainesville, thence
South along said boundary to the point of beginning
To have and to hold said bargained premises, unto
said Michael O'Hara his heirs and assigns forever in fee sim
ple.
In witness whereof, I have as executor as aforesaid here-
unto set my hand and affixed my seal, this the 11th day
of March A.D. 1873.
