they being the highest and best bidders therefore, have
bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these presents do
bargain sell and convey unto the said Matheson &
McMillan, Trustees as aforesaid all that certain piece
or parcel of Land situated in Alachua County Florida
and described as follows to wit; Lot numbers eight (8)
and nine (9) of the Moses Levy Grant situated in the
said State and County and Known as the Leitner
lands containing Three thousand three hundred and
thirty three acres more or less;
    To have and to hold the same unto them the said
Matheson & cMillan, Trustees as aforesaid and to
their successors forever in fee simple.
       In testimony whereof I, the said Geo W. Means
administrator as aforesaid have hereunto set my hand
and seal this the 5th day of August A.D. 1873

Alachua County  } Before me Wm K. Cessna Clerk of the
Circuit Court in and for said County personally came
W.H. Geiger who being duly sworn says under oath says that
he saw the foregoing deed of conveyance signed sealed and
delivered for the uses and purposes and consideration therein
set forth and that he and B.W. Powell in presence of each
other signed the same as subscribing witnesses.
