This Indenture made and entered into this 30th day of December
Anno Domini one thousand eight hundred and sixty nine Between
Simon J. Temple and Sarah J. Temple of the County of Bradford
and State of Florida parties of the first part and Fair Neal
party of the second part Witnesseth that the said parties of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred
dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents do grant bargain sell alien, convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all the following lot tract or parcel of land situate lying
and being in the County of Alachua, State of Florida and known
and described as follows; The North East quarter of South East quarter
of section eleven (11) Township eight (8) South, Range Twenty one
(21) East, containing forty (40) acres more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof, and also all the estate right title interest dower and
right of Dower, property, possession, claim and demand what=
soever as well in law, as in equity of the said parties of the first
part of in and to the same and every part and parcel thereof with the
appurtenances. To have and to hold the aforesaid and bargained
premises together with all and singular the right, members tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging unto the
said party of the second part his heirs and assigns to his and their own
sole and proper benefit, use and behoof in Fee simple.
     And the said parties of the first part for their heirs executors
and administrators do hereby convenant with the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns that they are lawfully seized of
said premises as of fee and have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same and that they will and their heirs executors and
administrators shall forever warrant and defend the title to said prem=
ises unto the said Fair Neal of the second part, his heirs and assigns
against the claim of any and all persons whomsoever lawfully claiming
or to claim the same. In witness whereof the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals, the day and
date first above written
