County of Alachua} Know all men by these presents that I Hardee
Raulerson for and in consideration of the sum of ($40000) Four
hundred dollars to me in hand paid by Fair Neal at and
before the signing sealing and delivery of these presents do hereby
grant, bargain and sell and by these presents and by hath
granted bargained sold and conveyed unto the said Fair
Neal, his heirs and assigns forever All any right, title and
interest in the NW 1/4 of Section 13 Township eight of Range 21
East, containing forty acres more or less, and the NE 1/4 of
the NE 1/4 of section 4 of Township eight, south of Range 21 East
containing 40 acres more or less, Situated in the County of
Alachua State of Florida, together with all and singular
the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
    In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed my seal, this the 22nd December A.D. 1871.
