I, James M. Sparkman for and in consideration of the
sum of ($20000) Two hundred Dollars to me in hand
paid by W.H. Donaldson at and before the signing, sealing and
delivery of these presents, do hereby grant, bargain and sell
and by these presents hath granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed unto the said W.H. Donaldson, his heirs and
assigns forever, All my right, title and interest the NE
1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of section number 34, T.S.
8 South of Range Twenty one Situated in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida Together with all and singular the heredit
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging.
