Villalonga for and in consideration of the sum of
twelve hundred dollars to him in hand paid by
the said Alexander Goodson at or before the sealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged: Hath granted, bargained, sold aliened,
remised, released and confirmed, and by these presents
doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release and confirm,
unto the said Alexander Goodson and to his heirs and
assigns forever, the following described lots of land, to wit:
Lot number ten ~10~ of Section thirteen(13) Township
nine & south of Range twenty-two east, containing 39 80/100
acres, also the South-western quarter of North-east quart-
ter of Section twenty-four ~24~ in Township nine ~9~
South of Range twenty-two east, containing 39 82/100 acres,
also in lot number -6- six Section fourteen -14- Township
nine -9- south of Range twenty-two east: containing forty-one
ten-one hundredths ~41 10/100~ acres: also lots number, two
~2~, three ~3~ four ~4~ five ~5~ and nine ~9~ in section
thirteen ~13~ Township nine ~9~ south of Range twenty-two ~22~
east, also Lot number fifteen ~15~ in Section eighteen ~18~
Township nine ~9~ Range twenty-three ~23~ South and
east containing about two hundred and seven 3/10 acres; also
the north half of the north-east quarter of Section twenty-four
in Township nine ~9~ Range twenty-two ~22~ south and east,
containing seventy nine 64/100 acres: In all four-hundred and
seven and 39/100 acres of land, more or less.
          Together with all and singular, the houses, out-
houses edifices, buildings, stables, yards, gardens, liberties priv-
ledges, easements, commodities, emoluments, hereditaments,
rights, members and appurtenances whatsoever, thereunto
belonging, or in any wise appertaining: And, the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues
and profits; And all the estate, right, title, interest, proper-
ty and possession, claim and demand whatsoever, in law
or in equity, of the said John L. Villalonger, of, in, or to
the same, or any part or parcel thereof with the appur-
tenances.  To have and to hold the said lots of land, and all
and singular, other the premises hereby granted bargained, sold
aliened and confirmed, with the hereditaments and appur
tenances, unto the said Alexander Goodson, his heirs and
assigns to the only use and behoof of the said Alexander
Goodson, his heirs and assigns forever, and to and for no other
use, intent or purpose whatever. And lastly the said John
