Witnesseth that the said Thomas Hopkins by virtue of a
decree from the Circuit Court of the Suwannee Circuit for
Alachua County, for and in consideration of the sum of
Thirty Dollars in hand paid at and before the sealing and
delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
edged, hath, granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed
and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said Edward
Hopkins heirs and assigns all that certain tract or
parcel of land consisting of Five hundred and seventy
three (573) acres more or less, situated, lying and being
in the County of Alachua, State of Florida within the
Arrodondo Grant, and known according to the survey
of the same by Burr and Washington as Fractional
section seven (7) Township (9) nine South of Range
twenty two (22) East, which property establishes its bound=
aries. To have and to hold the said bargained parcel of land
with all and singular the right, member and appurtenances
thereunto appertaining to the only proper use benefit and
behoof of him, the said Edward Hopkins, his heirs executors
administrators, in fee simple: and the said Thomas S.
Hopkins administrator as aforesaid the said bargained
parcel of land unto the said Edward Hopkins, his heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns against the said Thomas
S. Hopkins, admr as aforesaid, his heirs, executors and admin-
istrators and against all and every other person or persons shall
and will warrant and forever defend by virtue of these presents
    In witness whereof of the said Thomas S. Hopkins admr
as aforesaid hath hereunto set his hand, affixed his seal
and delivered these presents, the day and year first above
