I, hereby certify that on the thirteenth day of November A.D. 1868
Louis I. Fleming purchased the following lands belonging to the
Internal Improvements Fund making full payments therefor
at the rate of fifty cents per acre, to wit; the South West quarter
of the South West quarter of Section Two and the South West quarter
of the North West quarter of Section ten in Township Eleven South
of Range Twenty two East, containing Seventy nine 76/100 acres,
and said lands were conveyed to the said Louis I. Fleming by the
Trustees of the Internal Improvements Fund by Deed dated the
twenty fifth day of November A.D. 1868.
