                  Know all men by these presents that I,
Louis A. Barnes, of the County of Alachua, and State of
Florida, in consideration of Five Thousand dollars to me paid
by Thomas H. Barnes of Boston in the County of Suf
folk, and state of Massachusetts; the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby grant, remise, release and forever quit
claim unto the said Thomas H. Barnes his heirs and assigns
all my right, title and interest in the following described lots
of land, lying in the aforesaid county and state, and known
and described as follows, to wit;
      The southeast quarter of Southeast quarter of Section number
eight, Township nine; Range, eighteen; containing forty and 20/100
acres; and the west half of section number twenty nine; Town-
ship nine, Range eighteen; containing three hundred and
twenty and 8/100 acres. And the south west quarter of section
number eight; Township nine; Range eighteen; containing one hun
dred and twenty and 4/100 acres. And the southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of section number thirteen; Township nine; Range
seventeen containing forty and 36/100 acres. And the south half of
section nineteen; Township nine, Range eighteen; cotaining three
hundred and fifteen and 70/100 acres and the east half of south
east quarter of section fourteen, north east quarter of Northeast
quarter of section twenty-three; west half of northwest quarter of
section number twenty four; all of Township nine: Range, seven
teen; and together containing two hundred and two and 21/100
acres; And the west half of north-west quarter of section num-
ber five; Township ten Range eighteen, cotaining eighty acres, and
the whole of section number thirty, Township nine; Range eight
een, containing six hundred and forty acres, the west half 
of section twenty Township nine Range eighteen; contain
ing three hundred and twenty acres; and the north half of
section nineteen, Township nine Range eighteen; cotaining three
hundred and twenty one acres; the whole making twenty
four hundred acres more or less; together with the rights,
easements, privileges and appurtenances thereto be-
longing. To have and to hold the above released prem-
ises, to the said Thomas H. Barnes, his heirs and assigns
to his and their use and behoof forever; together with all
