     To have and to hold the same to the said Thomas H. Barnes
his heirs and assigns, and the said Louis A. Barnes will, and

This Indenture made and entered into this March Fourth in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy
three between the Florida Land and Immigration Company
party of the first part and Elizabeth A. Thigpin party of the
second part Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred Dollars
lawful money of the United States of American to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, have given granted, aliened, bargained,
sold, transferred; and by these presents do give, grant alien, bar=
gain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said party of the
second part, All that certain tract or parcel of land,
situate, lying and being in the County of Alachua
