City of Savannah} Be it remembered that on this
fourteenth day of January in the year of our Lord, one-
thousand eight hundred and seventy-three, before me,
the undersigned John W. Burroughs, a commissioner
resident in the city of Savannah, duly commissioned
and qualified by the executive authority, and under the laws
of the state of Florida to take the acknowledgement and 
proof of deeds et cetera to be used or recorded therein per
sonally appeared John L. Villalonga, to me known to be
the individual who executed the within instrument of 
writing by him sealed and subscribed and acknowledged
the execution thereof to be his free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned and expressed.
              In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
(seal) hand and affixed my ^official seal, on the day and year aforesaid
at the city of Savannah, in the County of Chatham and
State of Georgia.

the first part and N.J. Barry and Henry C. Parker, Trustees
in Trust for a Baptist Church known as Antioch Church
