This Indenture made and entered into this the 30th
day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and 60 between James T. Soutter of
the City of New York and John McRae of the City of
Wilmington Trustees duly appointed by the Florida
Rail Road Company parties of the first part and
Robert B. Weeks of Alachua County Florida party
of the second part Witnesseth: That the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of one hundred and forty five Dollars
and 89 cents to them in hand paid by the party of
the second part the receipt whereof is hereby ac=
knowledged, have given, granted aliened, bargained
sold, transferred and do by these presents give
grant, alien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey
unto the said party of the second part All that cer=
tain piece or parcel of land known and described
as per United State Survey as the South (S 1/2) half
of the North East qaurter of Section Seventeen of Town=
ship Nine South of Range twenty two East contain=
ing seventy nine 68/100 acres. To have and to hold
the above described premises together with all and sin=
gular the rights and privileges, immunities, easements and
appurtenances thereunto appertaining or in any wise
appertaining unto the said party of the second part and
his heirs as their absolute property in fee simple forever
And the said parties of the first part for themselves and their
Successors as Trustees as aforesaid and for the said Florida
Rail Road Company and for all others claiming by through 
or under them or either of them, do covenant and agree that
they are seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the
above premises and that they have good right to convey the
same as they have conveyed the same free and discharged
from all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature
and description and that the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns shall greatly and peaceably
enjoy the above described premises against all persons
whatsoever lawfully claiming the same; And that
they at any and all times will make such further covenants
and conveyances and assurances at the expense of the
said party of the second part as he the said party of the
second part heirs or assigns or counsel leaned in the law
my require. In testimony whereof the said parties
