This Indenture made and entered into this the 8th day
of Jany in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred
and sixty six between R.B. Weeks and Martha J.M. his
wife of the County of Putnam and State of Florida of the
first part and Absolom Jolly of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida of the second part Witnesseth that,
the said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of three hundred Dollars to them in hand paid
by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is here=
by acknowledged have given, granted, aliened, bargained
sold transferred and do by these presents give, grant,
alien, bargain, sell, transfer and convey unto the said
party of the second part all that certain tract of land
known and described in the United States land Office
