described premises together with all and singular the rights and
privileges immunities easements and appurtenances there=
unto belonging or in any wise appertaining unto the said
party of the second part and to his heirs as their absolute property
in fee simple forever. And the said parties of the first part for
themselves their heirs administrators, executors and assigns and for
all others claiming by through or under them or either of them, do covenant
and agree that they are seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the
above premises and that they have good right to convey the same as they
have conveyed the same, free and discharged from all encumbrances and
liens of any and every nature and description and that the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the
same against all persons whatsoever. In testimony whereof the said
parties of the first part have hereunto set their hands and affixed their
seals this day and year first above written

State of Florida} Before the subscriber a Justice of the Peace in and
Putnam County   } for said County personally came Robert B. Weeks
and Martha J.M. his wife, both to me well known as the persons men=
tioned in the foregoing deed and acknowledged that they executed the
same for the purposes therein named and the said Martha J.M. Weeks wife
of the said Robert B. Weeks being examined by me separate and apart from
her said husband did further acknowledge that she does hereby relinquish
and renounce all her claim or right of Dower in and to the lands described
in the foregoing Deed and she further acknowledges that she does so
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion fear of or
from her said husband.               }
