     Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents
     that I, Elias Bauknight of the County and State
     aforesaid for and in consideration of the sum of Six
     hundred Dollars ($60000) to me paid by Millage P.
#    Bauknight of the County and State aforesaid
     the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and by these
     presents do grant, bargain, sell and release unto the
     said Millege P. Bauknight and to his heirs and assigns
     forever One hundred and sixty (160) acres of land
     more or less in Section 29 Township 11, Range 20
     it being the Eastern portion of said Section Start=
     ing at the SE Corner running W (16) C thence N (34)
     to still branch thence down center of said branch to
     Levy prairie from thence to N Section line, thence
     to corner of Section; thence S to Starting place
     being and lying in the County and State aforesaid
     it being a part of the Arrodonda Grant, together with
     all and singular the rights, members, hereditaments
     and appurtenances to the same or anywise incident
     to have and hold all and singular the premises and
     boundaries aforesaid mentioned unto the said
     Millege P. Bauknight his heirs and assigns forever
     And I do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors and
     assigns to warrant and forever defend the aforesaid
     premises and boundaries against all other persons
     lawfully claiming the same or any part thereof.
       In witness whereof I have hereunto affixed my name
     and scrawl for seal, this May 1st 1873.

     County Henrietta M. Bauknight by me personally
     known who having been first examined separate
     and apart from her husband Elias Bauknight
     did acknowledge that she did relinquish and
     renounce all her right of Dower in and to the premises
     conveyed by her said husband to Millege P. Bauknight
