to have and to hold the aforegranted parcel of land
her heirs and assigns to her and their use and behoof
forever; And I, the said Sarah E. Holder do hereby
for myself my heirs executors administrators and
assigns covenant with the said Mary L. Griffin
her heirs and assigns that I am lawfully seized
in fee simple of the aforegranted parcel of land
and have good right to sell by virtue of an order from
E.L. Young Judge of the County Court and Judge
of Probate of said County and State; that said
parcel of land is free from all incumbrances; that I
have good right to sell and convey the same to the
said Mary L. Griffin and that I and my heirs
executors and administrators will and by these
presents do warrant and defend the said
premises to the said Mary L. Griffin her heirs and
assigns forever against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons.

have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 6th
