This Indenture made this sixth day of October in the
Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
seventy three between Percy Geiger and Mrs Sarah
E. Holder of the County of Alachua State of Florida
United States of America of the other part Witnesseth
That the said Percy Geiger for and in consideration
of the sum of Four hundred Dollars in hand paid
at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted, bargained, sold, aliened, conveyed and
confirmed and by these presents do grant, bargain
sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said Mrs
Sarah E. Holder, her heirs and assigns all that tract
or parcel of land lying and being in the County of
Alachua State of Florida, United States of Amer=
ica known as the North West quarter (NW 1/4) of
section twenty nine (Sec 29) Township ten South
(T. 10 S) of Range Fifteen East (R 15 E.) containing
one hundred and sixty two 92/100 acres more or less.
To have and to hold the said bargained premises,
with all and singular the rights, members and appur=
tenances thereunto appertaining to the only proper use
Benefit and behoof of Mrs Sarah E. Holder the said party
of the second part, her heirs executors administrators and
assigns in Fee simple; and the said Percy Geiger
the said bargain premises unto the said Mrs Sarah E.
Holder her heirs executors and administrators
against the said Percy Geiger his heirs executors and
administrators and against all other person or persons
shall and will forever warrant and defend by virtue
of these presents. In witness whereof the said Percy
Geiger have hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal
delivered these presents, the day and year first above
written
