County of Alachua} Know all men by these presents that
we John W. Peacock and Smithy A. Peacock his wife of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida for and in consid=
eration of the sum of Three hundred Dollars to us in hand
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted, bargained, sold and by these presents do grant, bar=
gain, sell and convey unto Susan Glass of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida all that certain tract or
parcel of land situate in the County and State aforesaid and
described as follows, viz; North East quarter of the South
West quarter Section No 12 in Township No 11 S of Range
No 22E containing 39 98/100 Thirty nine 98/100 acres with all
the appurtenances and all the right, title, claim and
demand of us or either of us in the premises. To have and
to hold with the appurtenances unto the said Susan
Glass and her heirs in fee simple forever; and I, the said
John W. Peacock for myself and my heirs do covenant and
agree to and with the said Susan Glass and her assigns
that I am now the owner of the said premises and am seized
of a good and indefeasible estate of inheritance therein and
that I have full right and power to sell and convey the
same in fee simple absolute; that the said premises
are free and clear from all encumbrances, that the said
Susan Glass her heirs and assigns may forever hereafter
have, hold, possess and enjoy the same without any suit whatsoever |
