of twenty dollars to me in hand paid at and before the
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have bargained and sold, and by these
presents do grant and convey unto the said Trustees in
Trust of the said Antioch Church parties of the second part
all that certain tract or parcel of land, known and describ
ed as five acres of land, lying and being in the northwest
corner of the south-east quarter of section number two,
Township eight south of range nineteen east: To have
and to hold to the said trustees in trust, and their success
ors in trust parties of the Second part and their assigns
forever in Fee simple. And the party of the first part doth
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said trustees
and their successors in trust of the said Antioch Church
parties of the second part and their assigns, that he will
warrant and forever defend the same against the claim
or claims of all persons Whomsoever. In witness where-

affixed his seal the day and year above written.
