or interruption whatsoever by any person law=
fully claiming any right therein and that I, the
said John W. Peacock and all persons lawfully
claiming under me will at any time hereafter at
the request and expense of Susan Glass, her heirs or
assigns make all such further assurance for the
more effectual conveyance of the said premises
with the appurtenances as may be reasonably required
by her or them and I the said John W. Peacock will
warrant and defend the said premises to her heirs
and assigns forever. In testimony whereof we have
hereunto set our hands and this the 22nd day of
December in the year one thousand eight hundred
and seventy.

Alachua County } Personally appeared before me McKeen
Carlton Justice of the Peace of Alachua County and
State of Florida, John W. Peacock and Smithey A. Peacock
his wife to me well known and the said John W. Peacock
acknowledged to me that he had executed the foregoing
Deed for the purposes therein expressed on the day and year
therein mentioned and the said Smithey A. Peacock being
by me examined separate and apart from her said husband
acknowledged that she executed the foregoing instrument of
writing for the purposes therein expressed and relinquished
all Dower and right of Dower in and to the same without any fear
threat or compulsion of or from her said husband.
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this
22nd day of December A.D. 1870.

W.W. Johnson saw John W. Peacock and Smithey A. Peacock sign the
