Alachua County  } This endenture made and 
entered into this day between Barry F. Parker of 
the State and County aforesaid party of the 
first part and Mary E. Chesser of the State and 
County aforesaid of the second part. Witnesseth
that the said party of the first part for and 
in consideration of the sum of fifty Dollars 
lawful money of the United States to him in 
hand paid by the party of the second part 
at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged 
has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed and 
by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell and 
convey with Mary E. Chesser the party of the 
second part her heirs executors administrators 
and assigns a certain piece or parcel of land situated 
lying and being in the County and State aforesaid 
and known and described as follows; the North

East containing 40 acres more or less.
