State of Florida}
Alachua County  } Know all men by these
presents that I, Harry D. Neal of the County
and State aforesaid party of the first part
for and in consideration of the natural love and
affection I have for my wife Ellafare Neal
and my Daughter Fannie Neal parties of the second
part of said County and State as well as for the
consideration of one Dollar ($1.00) to me in hand
paid at and before the ensealing and delivery of
these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl
edged have given, granted, bargained and sold
unto my wife Ellafare Neal and my Daughter
Jennie Neal aforesaid all of my real and personal
property to wit; One (1)yoke of oxen Split in
both ears brand AT (upwards) rump and side
Twenty Hogs marked smooth crop and two slits
in both ears, one cart, one horse, and one Grist Mill
1 horse power, Five Hd of cows together with the
following described piece of land Eighty acres (80)
in Section 22 Township 10 Range 17 East. Together
with all the appurtenances in any wise appertaining
or belonging to me To have and to hold forever-
