second part have granted, bargained, sold and
conveyed and by these presents doth grant, sell and
convey unto the party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever all the following lands situated
in said State and County, To wit; Section seven (7)
and Fractional section Eighteen (18) Township ten (10)
Range Twenty (20) South and East in the Arrodondo
Grant and the appurtenances thereunto belonging
To have and to hold the same, to him, the said George
R. Fairbanks, his heirs and assigns forever as fully as
I, the said Solomon F. Halliday as Referee as aforesaid
might, could or ought to sell the same.
