County of Alachua} Before me the subscriber one of the
Justices of the Peace in and for said County personally
came William W.W. Scott and Mary E. Scott to me
well known as the identical persons who executed the
foregoing Deed who in due form of law acknowledged
the above indenture to be their act and that the same
be recorded as such. The said Mary E. Scott being of
lawful age and being by me examined separate
and apart from her said husband and the contents
of the foregoing indenture being first fully made known
to her declared that she did voluntarily and of her
own free will and accord and as her act and Deed
without any coercion or compulsion of her said husband
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and

that I, George Harris of said State & County for and in
consideration of the sum of one Dollar to me in hand
paid and for the further consideration of the natural
which I bear towards my wife Rachel Harrison do by
these presents grant give and convey unto my said
wife the said Rachel Harrison the following described
property to wit; one bay mare about ten (10) years
old and one single horse buggy and two head of cattle des
cribed as follows viz; one white black sided cow
marked swallow fork and under bit in one ear and
