S.F. Halliday of the aforesaid County and State for and in
consideration of the sum of forty five Dollars to me in
hand paid by Hannah Douglas Executrix of Thomas
Douglas deceased have granted bargained sold and
conveyed and forever quit claimed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey and forever quit claim
unto her the said Hannah Douglas as such executrix all that
certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, known
and described as section thirty five township
nine. Range nineteen south and east the same
having been bought by me for taxes prior to the date
of this instrument and deed having been made to me
for such taxes by the Collector of Revenue for said
County. To have and to hold the same to her the said
Hannah Douglas as such Executrix her heirs executors
