instrument of writing for the uses and purposes
as therein contained and expressed and that

as subscribing witnesses thereto

This Indenture made the 9th day of June in year one 
thousand eight hundred and seventy three between 
Judith Holloway of the state of Florida and County
of Alachua of the first part and John G. Holloway of
the same place of the second part. Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of two hundred and fifty dollars lawful money
of the United States to her duly paid before the sealings
hereof hath bargained and sold and by these presents doth
grant and convey with the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever.  All that certain piece &  parcel
of land lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and which is known and described
as follows to with the Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter of section nine and the Southwest quarter of the
Southwest quarter of the section no. ten Township 9.  Range
nineteen east, containing eight acres more or less.
