the State of Florida the same being a portion of what
is known as the Arredondo Grant, particularly de=
scribed as seventy (70) acres of the South West part
or portion of the south west quarter of Section No.
twenty nine Township ten (10) in Range nineteen (19)
which said seventy acres was made a special
reservation by me in a deed or title of conveyance
to said section no, 29, Township 10 Range 19
from myself to Ashel G. Darwin of New York
State dated on the Eleventh day of November
A.D. 1871 To have and to hold the said described
premises to her the said Esther Serena Haile
her heirs executors administrators and assigns
in fee simple forever. In witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this the
