pressed, for the uses and purposes as therein set
forth, contained and expressed

Alachua County  }  Know all men by these presents that
we John A. Roseborough and his wife Mary E. Roseborough
of the State and County above written for and in consideration
of the sum of Five hundred Dollars to us in hand paid the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged have granted
bargained sold delivered and conveyed and by these
presents doth grant bargain sell deliver and convey
unto the said Dr. C.A. Simmons of Stark Bradford
County Florida a certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in State and County above mentioned
and described as SE 1/4 and the N.E. 1/4 excepting sixty
acres on the south side; also the E. 1/2 of SW. 1/4; also the
E. 1/2 of the NW. 1/4 Section (18) Eighteen Township (10) Ten
Range (22) Twenty two = containing about (200) two
hundred acres more or less with all and singular
