This Indenture made and entered into this the Eighth day of
March in the Year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred
and seventy three between Columbus Morrison and
Sarah A. Morrison his wife of the first and S.A. Peacock
and A.L. Grimes of the second part both parties being of
the County of Alachua State of Florida Witnesseth that the 
said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Eight hundred Dollars to him in hand paid by the party
of the second part at and before the signing sealig and 
delivery of these presents hath granted bargained sold
and aliened unto the said party of the second part all
that certain tract or parcel of land Known and described
as follows to wit the Southwest quarter of section one in
Township Eleven south of Range twenty two East con =
taining one hundred and fifty nine and a half acres to
have and to hold the same with all the rights priveleges
and appurtenances thereunto belonging on in any wise 
pertaining unto the said
and unto his heirs and assigns forever, And the said
Columbus Morrison covenants and agrees to and with
the said                     to forever warrant and
defend the right and title to the above described premises
against himself his heirs or assigns or any and all persons
whomsoever claiming the same or any part thereof.
In testimony whereof the said party of the first hath hereunto
set his hand and seal this the 8th day of March AD 1873 -

State of Florida } I, McKeen Carlton an acting Justice
Alachua County   } of the Peace do hereby certify that the fore =
going Deed of Conveyance was this day signed sealed and
delivered in presence of A.R. Carlton & J.W. Peacock the two sub =
scribing witnesses and the above grantor Columbus Morrison
and Sarah A. Morrison his wife acknowledged signing the said
deed of Conveyance for the purposes therein set forth and Sarah
Morrison being by me examined separate and apart from her said
husband said that she did the same freely and volunatrily and of
her own accord in witness my hand and seal this Eighth day
