Be it remembered that on this the Twenty ninth day
of December Eighteen hundred and Seventy three before
me, a Justice of the Peace in and for said County personally
appeared William Birney Known to me as the person who
executed the above deed and acknowledged that he did sign
seal and deliver the said deed for the uses and purposes

Alachua do hereby consent to the above deed of alienation
and delivery of the same on condition that the
grantee shall execute a deed in fee simple of the real-
estate therein described, to the said Catharine H.
Birney, her heirs and assigns forever.
