by the said Joseph J. Jones the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged does by these presents give, grant bargain
sell and convey unto the said Joseph J. Jones his heirs
and assigns that certain tract of land lying and being in
the county of Alachua and more particularly described
as the S.W. 1/4 of section six (6) township ten (10) south
Range eighteen (18) east containing one hundred and sixty
acres more or less together with all the privileges thereto in
anywise appertaining To have and to hold the above
granted premises to the said Joseph J. Jones his heirs and
assigns in fee simple. And the said Catharine Griffin will,
and her heirs executors and administrators shall, the said 
property to the said Joseph J. Jones his heirs executors and
administrators forever warrant and defend against the
lawful demands of all persons whatsoever.
          In testimony whereof the said Catharine
Griffin has hereunto set her hand and seal this day
and year above written.

acknowledged do hereby give, grant, bargain sell and convey unto
the said Catherine H. Birney her heirs and assigns forever to her
