sole and separate use free from the interferences or control
of her said husband and for any claim whatsoever on his part
for life Estate or otherwise all the following described Lots or
parcel of land lying in the said County of Alachua and State
of Florida to wit; one hundred and sixty acres hitherto held
by said William Birney as a Homestead, lying in section
Thirty (30) Township seven (7) South Range Twenty (20) East
being the South half of Lot three (3) the South half of Lot Four
(4) the North half of Lot nine (9) and the North half of Lot Ten
(10) in said Section Township and Range - Together with the
rights easements privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging
   To have and to hold the above granted premises to the said
Catherine H. Birney her heirs and assigns forever to her own
and separate use free from the interference & control of her
said husband and from any claim whatsoever on
his part for life Estate or otherwise - In witness whereof
I, the said Solomon F. Halliday being at present un=
married have hereunto set my hand and seal this the Twenty
ninth day of December one thousand eight hundred
and seventy three -
