Alachua County  } Know all men by these presents that
for and in consideration of eight hundred ($800.00) Dollars
to us in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted, bargained sold delivered and conveyed and by these
presents doth grant, bargain sell, deliver and convey unto Dr-
Cicero A. Simmons or his heirs or assigns all the lands
bought from Daniel Scott except those which I have con=
veyed back to other parties, known and described by survey
as follows; Section nineteen (19) Township Ten (10) Range
(22) Twenty two; Section (30) Thirty Township (10) Ten, Range
(22) Twenty two; Section (31) Thirty one Township Ten
(10) Range (22) Twenty two; Section (24) Twenty four,
Township Ten Range (21) Twenty one; and (305) three
hundred and five acres on the East side of section (25)
Twenty five, Township Ten (10) Range Twenty one; also
one quarter Section conveyed to me by David Morrell
No 29, Range 22; also fifty two and a half acres
purchased of Gradick lying in same Range and
Township, all in the above State and County = Together and
Singular, the right members, hereditaments and appur=
tenancies to the said premises appertaining or in any wise
incident or appertaining = To have and to hold all and
singular, the premises before mentioned unto the said
Cicero A. Simmons his heirs and assigns forever. And
we do hereby bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and admin
istrators to warrant and forever defend all and singular the
said premises unto the said Cicero A. Simmons his heirs
and assigns against ourselves, our heirs and against any and every
other person or persons lawfully claiming the same or
any part thereof - In witness whereof we hereunto set our
hands and affix our seals, this July 25th 1873
